HOUSTON - April 11, 2012 - KC Michel, Westfield High School Color Guard director, was inducted into the Texas Color Guard Circuit (TCGC) Hall of Fame at the State Championship Award Ceremony April 1. This is the first year for the hall of fame, and Michel is one of two recipients to be the first inductees. His qualifications for the honor include many years of dedication to directing quality performances, supporting the state organization and mentoring his peers. He has lead the Westfield Color Guard to ten state championships during his tenure from 1995 to 2002 and 2008 to present.
