Supply Chain Services is responsible for the procurement, inventory and distribution of supplies, materials, equipment and services for Spring Independent School District. According to state statutes and District policy, only Supply Chain Services personnel are authorized to make commitments to purchase for the District. Spring ISD, therefore, assumes no liability for payment of obligations except those incurred by Supply Chain Services.
