HOUSTON - May 25, 2012 - Anderson Elementary School and Northgate Crossing Elementary School in Spring ISD have been designated as 2011-12 Distinguished Title I schools by the Texas Education Agency. This prestigious designation recognizes schools that have consistently demonstrated strong academic performances over a three-year period, achieved the Academically Exemplary rating for the present school year and have a residing population of 40 percent or more low income students. Campus administrators were recognized May 1 at the Title I Schoolwide Forum.
