Below are charts identifying common food allergens found in the foods served in our elementary and secondary breakfast and lunch. Please be aware that product reformulation may occur at any time, and may not be made known to the Child Nutrition Department. In addition, distributors may make food substations at any time which may contain unexpected allergens.

The Child Nutrition Department cannot be responsible for ensuring a child's menu selections are free from allergens. This list is provided to help guide students with NON LIFE-THREATENING allergies make safe choices. If your student has multiple food allergies, they are encouraged to bring a lunch from home. If your student has a LIFE-THREATENING food allergy, please have your Doctor complete the Diet Modification Form and return it to the Child Nutrition Department.

Below is a carbohydrate count list for the entrees served for breakfast and lunch. Please remember menu substitutions can be made without notice due to shortages from our distributor. Please check back periodically for updates with new items.

The Child Nutrition Department will only honor requests preventing student purchases of meals or ala carte items on the following form:

A new form must be turned in each school year.

If you have applied and your child is eligible for free and reduced meals, a request to block meals will not be honored without first discussing it with the Child Nutrition Office - please call 281-891-6445.

Please note that this does not apply to restrictions or substitutions required due to life threatening allergies or disabilities that have been documented by a Physician on the Diet Modification Form.
