Coping with Change

Activity to help you understand how your child views and handles everyday changes.  Specifically, this lesson will help your child improve coping skills to handle changes whenever they occur. 

Coping with Worry and Fear- Scale 

 There are a lot of heavy things going on in our world today, and even though we try our hardest to shelter our children, they are going to worry. But, pretending that worries and fears don’t exist is the opposite of what we should be doing. In fact, encouraging kids to talk about what’s frightening them and validating them, helps tremendously.
