About the Principal

Alonzo Reynolds III

Mr. Alonzo Reynolds III is the new principal of Dekaney High School. Throughout his career, the veteran campus administrator has served in a variety of leadership roles including teacher, coach, graduation specialist, assistant principal, and principal. He comes to us from Westfield High School. Before coming to Spring, he worked in Aldine ISD, Fort Bend ISD, and KIPP Houston Public Schools.

Mr. Reynolds was Fort Bend’s principal of the year and was ultimately recognized as the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals Region 4 Principal of the Year. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Prairie View A&M University.
