Many of the items you buy at the grocery store will benefit our school and children. Jenkins collects Box Tops for Education coupons to earn money and equipment for our school. You can help in this effort by clipping the Box Top coupons from participating General Mills products and turning them in to your child's teacher.

Kroger grocery stores sponsor a program that benefits the students in our school. If you present a Kroger share card for Jenkins Elementary to the clerk when you pay for your groceries, a percentage of the total bill will be donated to the school. This money is used for supplies and books for our students. You may use the Kroger Share card at any Kroger store. If you do not have a Kroger Share card, please let us know and one will be sent to you. You can request cards for grandparents or friends who shop at Kroger.

Washington Mutual has created a “WaMoola for Schools” program. If you have a Washington Mutual Visa Check Card and you choose Jenkins to support, Jenkins will earn points for every purchase you make. At the end of the school year, the points will be converted to dollars, and Jenkins will receive a check.

You will notice our yellow bins on the side of the portable building near the playground. These bins are for newspapers, junk mail and any paper items. We receive funds from recycling.
