Ursula Gordon-Higginbotham has served in the field of education for over 28 years, with 24 of those years in the Public Education School System.
Ms. Higginbotham is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and obtained her Bachelor’s and Master's Degree from Southern University A&M. She furthered her education in the field of Psychology at the University of Houston Clear Lake.
She has served the Public School System as a Physical Education Teacher, General Education Teacher (Grades 2-4), Special Education Teacher, Interventionist, ARD Facilitator, Personal Learning Instructor and serves as an Adjunct Psychology Professor at Houston Community College.
Ms. Higginbotham is pleased to have been selected to join the All-Star Team at Major Elementary and I look forward to serving our scholars, parents, and community.
