Character traits are just a few descriptive adjectives used to describe someone's personality. They are words used to describe how people act in certain situations or what kind of people they are. Character traits are sometimes described as good or bad, and everyone has them. We focus on six positive character traits over the six grading periods. The traits can be emphasized through announcements, posters, selected readings in the library, etc. The traits we focus on are as follows:
August: Creativity
September: Friendship
October: Integrity
November: Gratitude
December: Generosity
January: Responsibility
February: Kindness
March: Peace
April: Patience
May: Commitment
