Procurement Services is responsible for the acquisition of supplies, materials, equipment and services for Spring Independent School District. According to State statutes and District policy, only Procurement personnel are authorized to make commitments to purchase for the District. Spring ISD, therefore, assumes no liability for payment of obligations except those incurred by Procurement.

The Purchasing and Contracts team sources products and services and negotiates contracts on behalf of the District. The team instructs vendors regarding how to register on-line to receive bid notifications from our eSourcing tool, Ion-Wave.

We will establish ourselves as a leader and innovator amongst school districts in the acquisition and distribution of goods and services through compliance, customer service and value creation.
