The mission of the Early Childhood Education program is to equip students with the foundational skills necessary for a career in education. This preparation is achieved through hands-on learning opportunities provided by the Early Learning Academy, an on-site laboratory school, as well as mentorship and internship experiences.

Our program serves the Spring ISD community, welcoming the children of Spring ISD students, staff, and the community.

• Ages Served: 6 weeks to 5 years

• Location: Inside of Westfield High School

• Licensing: Approved by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services

• Staff: Experienced educators with many years of experience in early childhood

• Support Services: On-site school nurse

• Security: Secure classrooms and facility equipped with observation rooms and cameras

• Curriculum: FrogStreet (for children aged 6 weeks to 4 years)

• Focus Areas: Learning through play, sensory activities, vocabulary development, social and emotional growth, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Developmentally Appropriate Activities: Tailored to meet the unique needs of early learners

• Covered outdoor play area

• Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks included in tuition for children 12 months and older
